Effective January 26, 2021 travelers arriving in the U.S. must: get tested for COVID-19 no more than 3 days before departing to the USA and show a negative test result to the airline before boarding OR show documentation of recent recovery from COVID-19 to the airline before boarding. Both PCR and rapid antigen type tests are accepted.
This new order applies to all air passengers - including U.S. citizens and legal permanent residents - aged 2 years and older. Acceptable documentation of recovery from COVID-19 includes both a positive viral test result within 3 months of travel AND a letter from a healthcare provider or public health official stating that the passenger is cleared to end isolation.
NOTE: If you have travelled to Iran, Iraq, in den Sudan, Syria, Somalia or after March 2011, you cannot apply for ESTA.
United States of America Visa for the citizens of Norway for a stay of up to 90 days is electronic. No documents need to be sent to VisaHQ by post. You will receive your visa by e-mail.
Older but still valid passports issued between October 26, 2005 and October 25, 2006 must contain a digital photo printed on the data page; otherwise, the traveller must apply for a paper visa. A digital photo is printed directly on the page; it is not a photo that has been glued or laminated into the passport. p>
